PVDF rods are thermoplastic engineering plastic products made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) through extrusion or compression molding. They are translucent or white solid rods with excellent chemical corrosion resistance (resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents), high temperature resistance (long-term service temperature: -40°C~150°C), high mechanical strength (tensile strength: 40-55 MPa), and good dielectric properties. With smooth surfaces and high dimensional accuracy, they can be machined into various precision components via turning, milling, etc.
